Meghna Cement reschedules AGM
The authorities of Meghna Cement Ltd have stated that the 19th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will now be held on June 22 instead of June 15 to comply with section 85(1)(a) of Companies Act, 1994. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged as announced earlier.
UCBL to issue bond
The authorities of United Commercial Bank Ltd have stated that the board of directors of the bank has decided to issue bond of Tk 3.5 billion subject to approval of shareholders and regulatory authorities.
SIBL credits stock dividend
