BRACBANK:
The Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the surveillance rating of BRAC Bank Ltd. as AA3 in the long term and ST-2 in the short term based on audited financial statements of the Bank up to 31st December 2010 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.


PLFSL:
Mr. Md. Yousuf Ismail, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the company, has reported his intention to sell 7,43,346 shares out of his total holdings of 32,43,346 shares of the company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.


BIFC:
In response to a DSE query, the Company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the Company for recent unusual price hike.


MTBL:
Mr. Md. Nasirullah, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, has further reported that he has completed his sale of 1,000 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.


BANKASIA:
Mostafa Steel Galvanising Plant Ltd., one of the corporate Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, has further reported that it has completed its sale of 30,000 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.


ONEBANKLTD:
Ms. Manzia Jamil, one of the Sponsors of the Bank, has further reported that she has completed her sale of 25,000 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.


JAMUNABANK:
Dhaka Insurance Limited, one of the Corporate Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, has further reported that it has completed its sale of 20,00,000 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.


CONTININS:
Mr. Mohammed Iqbal, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the company, has further reported that he has completed his sale of 10,000 shares of the company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.


MAKSONSPIN:
Metro Spinning Ltd., one of the Corporate Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has reported its intention to sell 7,50,000 shares (Bonus shares) out of its total holdings of 97,50,000 shares of the Company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.


NCCBANK:
Mr. Minhaz Kamal Khan , one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, has further reported that he has completed his sale of 15,000 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.


DHAKABANK:
Mr. Aminul Islam, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, has reported his intention to sell 2,00,000 shares out of his total holdings of 44,64,868 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.


SOUTHEASTB:
The Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has rated the Bank as "AA-" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term in consideration of financials of the Bank up to December, 2010 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.


POPULARLIF:
As per regulation 30 of DSE Listing Regulations, the Company has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 09, 2011 at 3:15 p.m. to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on December 31, 2010.


SHAHJABANK:
Mrs. Nasima Akter, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Bank, has reported her intention to sell 1,00,000 shares out of her total holdings of 69,34,460 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.


BGIC:
Mr. Mosahid Ali, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the company, has reported his intention to sell 39,500 shares out of his total holdings of 5,57,790 shares of the company at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working 


SALVOCHEM:
(Q1): As per un-audited quarterly accounts for the 1st quarter ended on 31st March 2011 (Jan'11 to March'11), the Company has reported net profit after tax of Tk. 27.85 million with basic EPS of Tk. 0.81 as against Tk. 7.84 million and Tk. 0.56 respectively for the same period of the previous year. However, considering proposed bonus share @ 5% for the year 2010, restated basic EPS will be Tk. 0.76 as on 31.03.2011 and Tk. 0.49 as on 31.03.2010. It is to be noted that EPS has been calculated based on weighted average number of shares outstanding.


ONEBANKLTD:
Ms. Manzia Jamil, one of the Sponsors of the Bank, has reported her intention to sell 60,000 shares (Bonus Shares) out of her total holdings of 14,98,526 shares of the Bank at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.


RUPALIBANK:
As reported by the Issue Manager of the Bank, total 1,18,320 shares has been sold out of 30,68,750 shares up to 01.06.2011.
