MA Yousuf Khan has recently been promoted deputy managing director of Mercantile Bank.
Prior to joining the new post, Khan was the senior executive vice president of the bank.
He started his banking career as a senior officer in Sonali Bank in 1977. Khan was posted in USA as the chief executive officer of Sonali Exchange Company Inc from 1998 to 2001.
