25pc cash dividend
The board of directors of Meghna Cement has recommended 25 per cent cash dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2010. The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held at Factory premises, Mongla Port I/A, Bagerhat at 11:00am on June 15. The record date is June 5. The company has stated EPS of Tk 2.23, NAV per share of Tk 29.84 and NOCFPS of Tk 13.03 for the year that ended on December 31, 2010.
United Leasing changes AGM venue
The authorities of United Leasing have stated that due to unavoidable circumstances the 22nd AGM of the company will now be held at "Trust Milonayatan" 545, Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka instead of Bangabandhu International Conference Centre, Sher-E-Banglanagar, Dhaka at 11:00am on June 9. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged as announced earlier.
